Nanticoke Heritage Day

The Nanticoke Indian Heritage Day is an annual, educational event held at the Nanticoke Indian Museum, at 26673 John J. Williams Highway, in Millsboro, Delaware. It showcases Nanticoke culture through traditional dancing, drumming, native crafts, storytelling, and food. The event serves as a community celebration, highlighting the history and continued presence of the "people of the tidewaters”.

Parking and admission are free. We’ll select a meeting place in New Castle County and carpool for the 2 hour trip to Millsboro.
