Proposed Wilmington Ski Club Bylaws
The WSC Bylaws were last updated March 1994. Council is proposing the following update which we request members to review.
After you have reviewed the document, please contact Sandy Dobbs if you need any additional information. It is planned to vote on the revised Bylaws in May/June by membership.
