THINGS TO REMEMBER ON TRIP SIGN-UP NIGHT Please be kind to your trip leaders! Every year they spend a great deal of time obtaining missing information. Below is what you may need when signing up for a trip, so please bring this info with you to Hockessin Memorial Hall on September 13. If you are signing up another member, please bring their info also, and remember that they will need to see their trip leader to sign the trip’s waiver form at some point.
1. Full name as it appears on your government ID, or passport for international trips. 2. Mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. 3. Frequent flyer account number if you want miles flown to be credited to your account. This may not apply to all trips: depending on the airline, you may need to provide your account number to the airline, as the trip leader may not be able to do this for you. 4. Emergency contact name and their phone number. (Should not be someone on the trip with you). 5. Trip deposit check made out to WSC, or for those who are able, we encourage paying the full amount at sign-up to help our v olunteers, particularly our assistant treasurer. (Thank you!) Please note: WSC trip leaders cannot accept cash. 6. Separate check for WSC membership dues, if not already paid. 7. Ski/Board skill or ability level. |
